Single Classes / Drop-Ins Policy

Drop-In Policy: Please send an email to info@crossfitrockrevolution.com to confirm your CrossFit experience before you plan to drop in. We cannot accept unannounced drop ins to classes who have not sent confirmation of their experience of CrossFit.

  • If it’s your first time dropping in, try to arrive 15-20 minutes early.
  • Let the coach know your level of experience with CrossFit training, and if you have any limitations, so they can help make your WOD great.

Personal Training

115€/hour or 15 sessions @ 95€/hour

Personal training is a one-on-one instruction programme tailored to your own goals and needs. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, an athlete training for a specific sport/event or someone looking for a post-rehabilitation strategy after an injury, Rock Revolution offers expert advice and a fitness formula that can best suit your individual objectives.

Come and try one month of CrossFit at Rock Revolution with no engagement and no subscription fee. You will follow the CrossFit workout program. After a warm-up you will focus on your technique with strength work. Afterwards it’s the WOD (Workout of the Day). Groups of maximum 8 people offer an ideal trainer-member ratio and workouts geared towards results.

  • 4 sessions per month = 130€/month (32,5€/session)
  • 8 sessions per month = 159€/month (19€/session)
  • 12 sessions per month = 179€/month (14€/session)
